Jenny Jones is the manager of Northwind Office Supplies, an office supplies business with two offices, in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Jenny and another co-worker Greg Davidson work in the Brisbane office, and Jack Smith and his assistant, Susan Anderson work in the Gold Coast office. Jenny is looking to organise her company's documents, including sensitive business plans, customer correspondence and invoices.
Her first step will be to decide what sort of information she wants to store with her documents. For each document, she'll want some sort of description of the contents. After some deliberation, Jenny has decided on the following types of document and the data needed for each:
