Licensing

Each Radix DM installation requires a license to run for a specified number of users. This information is provided by Radix DM support staff as part of the sales and installation procedure and should be entered verbatim as supplied.

To access licensing in Radix DM Administration, click on the Licensing Navigation Tab.

Company Name: The name of the company.

Company Key: The security key encoded from Company Name.

Max User Count: The maximum number of active users.

Max User Key: The security key encoded from Max User Count.

Company Prefix: This is the prefix used to differentiate documents between different installations of Radix DM.
