Radix DM has enjoyed many years of use by a loyal long-standing customer base in Australia and overseas. Unfortunately, with Microsoft no longer supporting COM add-in technology in Microsoft Office, we decided to end support for Radix DM effective December 31, 2025. Radix DM is no longer available for sale to new customers and additional licence sales to existing customers ended on June 30, 2025.

Radix DM was provided as a perpetual license and runs entirely on-premise, as such the software will continue to function past the end of support date. We recommend you consider migrating to an alternative document management system. However you will not lose access to your documents, data or the Radix DM application itself.

Importantly, the Radix DM Office add-ins will not work in the new versions of Microsoft Office that no longer support COM add-in technology. This means that you will not be able to save email directly from Outlook or open/save documents to Radix DM from within Word. You must continue to use Outlook Classic in order to continue using the Radix DM add-ins for Outlook.  

It is no longer possible to log support requests including assistance with migrating to an alternative solution.
